Do you provide delivery and setup services?

Yes. Delivery, full setup, takedown, and on-site staff support are included with every rental.
We arrive approximately one hour before your scheduled start time to prepare and test the simulator. After your event ends, we handle the full breakdown, which typically takes about one hour as well.

What space requirements are needed to set up the golf simulator?

The simulator requires a flat, level surface such as grass, concrete, pavement, or indoor flooring.

Setup dimensions:

14 ft wide × 19 ft long × 12 ft high

For safety and performance, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 feet of clearance around the simulator, especially in front and behind the hitting area.

Power requirement:

A standard electrical outlet must be within reach of the setup location.

If you are unsure about your space, you can send us photos or a layout and we will review it for you.

Will a team member stay during the event?

Yes. One to two Rollin’ Birdies team members will remain on-site for the entire event to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Our staff will:

  • Handle setup and takedown
  • Operate the simulator
  • Help guests with gameplay
  • Provide instructions and assistance
  • Answer questions during the event

You can relax and enjoy your event while we manage the activity.

Is the simulator suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The simulator is designed for all skill levels, from first-time players to experienced golfers.

Our team will explain how everything works, help guests get comfortable, and guide them through the games. The system is simple to use, and most guests start enjoying it within minutes.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

No. We bring everything required for play, including:

  • Golf clubs for adults and children
  • Simulator-approved golf balls
  • All simulator technology and accessories

Guests are welcome to use their own clubs if they prefer.

All you need to provide is the space, power access, and your guests.

How much does it cost to rent a golf simulator?

We offer four flexible packages based on group size, event type, and gameplay goals. All rentals include delivery, full setup and takedown, and on-site staff support.

Bookings have a 2-hour or 3-hour minimum depending on the package.

What happens if there are technical issues during the rental?

No need to worry. A Rollin’ Birdies team member is present during the entire rental and manages all technical operation.

If an issue occurs, we troubleshoot and resolve it immediately so your event continues without interruption.

Where is Rollin' Birdies Golf Simulators located?

We are located in Greenville, South Carolina and provide mobile golf simulator experiences throughout Greenville and surrounding areas.

If your event is more than 25 miles away, a small transportation fee may apply. We will confirm this with you during booking.
