Step 1: Contact Us
Send us your event date, location, and estimated guest count. We will recommend the best package and confirm your space meets the setup requirements.
If you are unsure about your space, you can send photos and we will review them for you.
Step 2: Choose Your Package
We help you select a package based on:
- Event type
- Number of guests
- Event duration
- Available space
Once confirmed, your date is reserved.

Step 3: We Prepare Everything
Before your event, we coordinate setup details with you or your venue, including:
- Placement area
- Power access
- Arrival time
- Event timeline
You won’t need to organize equipment or staffing. We bring everything required.

Step 4: Setup and Hosting
We arrive approximately one hour before the event to install and test the simulator. Our team stays on site during the entire booking to:
- Operate the simulator
- Help guests play
- Explain games and scoring
- Keep the event flowing
Guests simply walk up and start playing.

Step 5: Enjoy the Event
No technical knowledge is required. Beginners learn quickly, and experienced golfers enjoy realistic ball tracking and course play. Guests can casually participate or compete in challenges like longest drive or closest-to-the-pin.
Your job is simple. Relax and enjoy your event.

Step 6: We Pack Up
After your event ends, we handle full takedown and cleanup. The area is left the way we found it, with no equipment for you to move or store.
